Do not use these people

Hey everyone, I want to share my horrible experience with this car rental company that totally ripped me off. Here’s what happened:

• I booked a car online and got a decent price, but when I went to pick it up, they told me I had to pay extra for their insurance because I had a minor speeding ticket on my record. They never mentioned this before and it was not in the terms and conditions.
• I drove the car for a week and returned it in good condition, except for a tiny scratch on the wheel that was barely noticeable. They charged me over £100 for that, claiming it was a major damage. They refused to negotiate or show me any proof of the repair cost.
• Six weeks later, I noticed they took another £68 from my card without my permission. When I called them, they said it was for a parking fine that I got while using their car. They did not send me any notification or evidence of the fine, even though I asked them several times. They just said they had the right to do that and hung up on me.

This company is a scam and they should be avoided at all costs. They are dishonest, rude and unprofessional. They will take your money and give you nothing but trouble. Do not use these people!!!
