İki günlük araç kiraladım aracın sarj dinamosu bozuk olduğu için akü sarj etmiyormuş o halde bozuk bakımsız aracı vermişler daha sonra yolda kaldım çekici geldi aracı aldı vs. sonra bana yeni araç falan getirmediler ofise gelip başka araç alabilirsiniz dediler. Daha sonra ofise kendi imkanlarımla gitmek zorunda kaldım. Planlarım bozuldu, yolda vaktim gitti ve aracım olmadığı için taksiyle gitmek durumunda kaldım ve bu mağduriyetime kariılık hiçbir şey yapamayız size yrdımcı olduk zaten denildi rezalet ayrıca bozulan aracın benzini eksik diye benden ekstra ücret kestiler ama ben zaten o eksik benzini diğer araca yüklemiştim sorun olmaz ücret yansıtmayacağız dediler yansıttılar. The biggest scammers ever so we order a car for 7 days and went to airport where we were supposed to get the car but when we called them they said we don’t have brunch in the airport which was very strange and they tried to make us late then we can’t get the car but fortunately we were on time then they found another excuse to not give us the car claiming that our credit car doesn’t have number on it it has only our name we told them that new credit cards form akbank doesn’t have number for security reason and we showed them the number on the app and on paper form the bank and still they refused but that’s not it they also write cancel on the paper for us but they didn’t cancel our booking online so they took the money we tried million times to call and we went there again and they were super rude and didn’t give us our money back so just to let you know which kind of thieves they are and we are not the only customers they do this and other tricks to take your money and they don’t give you the car. Even by making you late when you call in advance so please be aware and stay away form them yes their renting price is cheaper but they don’t give you any car they are just liars and thieves and very rude not helpful at all and you can feel that there is something wrong with them even when I went to the next brunch near to them to ask wether they can accept our card they said yes of course but only green motion doesn’t which was very stupid and scamming for us but it’s ok let them eat our money now we will meet in front of god and you will pay it with your blood

Unfortunately, it is a disgraceful company, never rent a car, you will be a victim. I would like to share with you what happened to me. I rented a car for two days, the alternator of the car was broken and it was not charging the battery, so they gave me the broken and neglected car, then I was stranded on the road, the tow truck came and took the car, etc. Then they didn't bring me a new vehicle or anything, they said you can come to the office and buy another vehicle. Then I had to go to the office by my own means. My plans were ruined, I lost my time on the road and I had to take a taxi because I didn't have a vehicle, and I was told that we couldn't do anything about this inconvenience, we already helped you. It's a disgrace. Also, they charged me an extra fee because the broken down vehicle was missing gasoline, but I had already loaded that missing gasoline on the other vehicle, no problem, we won't charge a fee. they said and reflected. Never rent a car.

Excellent in every sense of the word in everything from the experience of completing the receiving procedures quickly and delivering the car within 3 minutes and the insurance was reinstated within 24 hours only. I advise and stay.

Stay away, worst customer experience ever. They did not give me the car that I rented and offered a car from lower group claiming that they are similar. They offered a car with less than half the size of the trunk space which was why I rented from them. I did not get the car, I am asking for a refund but they keep saying the cars are similar.

Easy, fast and smooth pickup/drop car at two different Airports.I went to Green motion desk, Customer agent was explaining rental contract to me then I picked up car from IST airport within 15 minutes.Car was new, low millage 20000 Km, clean and no issues with car.The issue only when my tire went Flat, I called road service assistance, they promised that the help will be within 1 hour unfortunately none of them present, so I tried to change tire but the socket key was short. Some how I managed to borrow a socket ratchet.Before I drop the car I washed car.We dropped the car near to sabiha airport as the agent advised, they were friendly to me and to my family,it took less than 5 minutes to drop car, after that there was a shuttle van to drop me and my family to airport.We didn't face any trouble.

I wish I can put less than 1 star. Do your self a favour and go rent from respectful companies like Avis it Sixt. Avoid green motion, worst customer service , disrespectful staff, rude, and simply crooks. I booked and SUV and then they gave me a saloon car and they insist it's the same category, they even give you the car empty fuel, and then they insist to charge you additional money for mileage and insurance even thaugh your reservation voucher clearly mentions that the booking already included extra mileage and comprehensive insurance. The staff in airport counter are the worst customer service I have seen in my life. They give turkey a bad reputation.

BE CARFUL 🛑 They stole $ 48.35 of my $ 75.77 deposited money. They returned only $ 27.42. Truly I returned the car with out any simple crush. They received the car as I receive it.? The worker man have received the car and said all done…ur money will get back to your credit after Two weeks.They ignored my emails and my bank emails they were not welling to say even the reason of not returning the full deposit money.

Actually found these guys very easy to deal with. Didn't feel like I was getting swayed into any upgrades or insurance deals that only benefits them. Had the car for 50 days in Turkey. Would use them again for sure.

I booked the car from easy travel with fully insurance and paid 241£. when i came to pick up the car " shahid " asked me pay £430 more to buy insurance and meet and greet charges even though he was just sitting in his chair and did not come to show the car and he charged us £430 for it.shahid told me if do not take this price plan i would also loose the 241£ money which i paid to third party. when he gave me the new price of £430 he did not give me even 1 minute to think about it as he said too many people asking for this car and he can rent out this easily.i had to take this car from him otherwise i was going to loose 241£ for nothing.shahid is big time fraud, he does not rely on his fix income from company but also making extra fraud income by doing all the scams.

Horrible company- insane admin fees (68£ fine per ticket to just let me pay the ticket)- 100£ fee for going over the 100mile per day limit (they knew I was going far and didn't mention anything about the mileage limit)and overall depressing vibe. The daily renting is cheap but they more than recoup their costs with hidden fees

STAY AWAY from this place and don't book your car here. Worst experience ever when renting a car in London.First of all, the place is not at DLR station London City Airport, but at Royal Albert station, which is on the Beckton branch of the DLR.If you go to London City airport, you have to walk 20-30 minutes to get to that place.Second: they don't accept AMEX cards, which is ridiculous for a rental car agency next to the airport, as many travellers use AMEX cards when they travel. So beware, if you happen to have an AMEX, cancel your booking, otherwise in order to rent the car you have to use your debit card, which comes at an extra cost of 50£ a day (unless you have purchased the full insurance with them).Third: you can't return the car during after hours - if you do so, you have an extra added to your bill of 35-75£ (office hours from 8am to 6:30pm....)Quality of the cars is pretty bad. Fuel policy is like for like, which is super annoying as you'll never find the tank full. So you'll have to be careful when you return the car to count the litres of fuel you put in.Also: the car I rented wasn't really clean, at least in the outside, but completely covered in dust - when the guy started the car for me he had to wash the windshield.Location is awful, they office is in an appealing container.Standard mileage is 100 mile per day, if you want to have unlimited mileage it's an additional 10£ per day.At least staff is nice - they probably realise their company is a rip-off, so they try to help as much as possible, kudos to you guys.Overall, you see a very cheap price, but if you add up all the "extra" (which are STANDARD in normal car rental agencies) you end up paying more than AVIS!!Stay away to avoid rip-offs and having your holiday ruined.

It only accepts Mastercard and Visa! If you are a tourist move on. There are disguised fees and unexciting customer service. Do not go through a third party to make your reservation, you will be fooled twice.

I had a bad experience from start to finish. I had to take their higher insurance as I had 3 points (sp30) on my licence. That was never mentioned when booking. I was charged over £100 for a tiny chip on the wheel and 6 weeks after returning it they took £68 off my card for a parking fine, which they never have me proof off despite requesting evidence. They are con artists. Do not use these people!!!

Be very careful before booking with Green Motion. There are hidden charges which are not at all obvious. We booked a car an hour before we needed it so that we could rush home to say goodbye to a dying family member (the trains were on strike so car was our only choice). We had made the initial payment using Amex online but APPARENTLY you need a credit card to pay the security deposit when you pick the car up in person. Despite taking Amex online (which is of course a credit card) they do not accept it in person which is extremely misleading. If you try to use a debit card for this payment you get whacked with a fee of £150 or more. We explained we could not afford this ridiculous extra charge and also spoke to the man about the circumstances under which we were travelling but he was extremely rude and unsympathetic and also refused to refund us. Horrible business and we won’t be using them again. Just avoid.

Generally green motion is not the best car hire company in terms of service but they can be competitive on price occasionally. This particular branch was good the staff were helpful. Just make sure you read all the small print and understand what you sign up for. The car I hired was good and I was happy with my weekend away. The site is easy to get to via DLR

They lure you in with lower rates than the competition but you can count on paying a damage charge at the end of your rental. They WILL find something wrong with the car and charge your for it. I was charged £130 for a scratch less than an inch long on the rim. They asked if the scratch was there before I drove it but I had no idea because it was so small I wouldn’t have noticed it. I wish I would have read these reviews before hiring a car. I’m definitely not going back.
